The temple in my village

 Hello my lovely friends..this is the my thirteenth blog.today i would like to tell about the temple in my village.I live in a beautiful village in Anuradhapura.my village name is Bambarahela.It gets its name from the wasps and the large mountain.

The temple is locked very close to my house.the name of the temple is Sri Devagiri Rajamaha Viharaya.this temple is believed to have been built by king Dewanampiyathissa.the temple is made of stone.
   Nagas have been present in this temple site since ancient time.they are stories about Vihara Maha Devi associated with this temple.There are many caves here and their inscriptions can also been seen.there is also ancient pond,and a lake.adjacent to the temple is a large mountain.Recently a standing statue were built there.



 That mountain is located in front of our house.A large number of devatees flock to the temple to worship and climb the mountain.after climbing the mountain you can see a very beautiful environment.I like to go to temple ,my mind relaxes.I am very lucky to be born in this village and I love this temple.I will protect my temple.

 Hello guys....welcome to my new blog.today i am writing about my art teacher.he name is Mr.Manjula Herath.he is a very kind person.he always told the children that he had an art that was unique to every.he always told me to study hard and get ready to go to university.he always encouraged me.he imparted his knowledge to the children without a teacher's fist.sameone who makes a lot of sacrifices for the children.his drawings are very beautiful and amazing.  He is a very talented art teacher.I drew a pencil drawing of him for him.may it be a tribute to him.he was very happy to see these drawing and thanked me.I used kent paper for this drawing.many of the children who learned from him study at universities.I also received good guidance from him and today i am studying at the University of the Visual and Performing  Arts.below is the same drawing.i still regret not being able to give him this drawing.the reasons is the corona virus.i look forward to seeing my teacher.i will...

My pet

 My favorite pet is the dog.his name is Shiba.he is a very small puppy when he brings at home.then he grew up drinking cow's milk.he is very lovable.he prefers to travel with my dad.he goes to the temple with my father and waits until Buddha is worshiped.everyone in our house loves him.he will not let strangers come to our house.he understands when i am sad.when i go to online lectures,i stay close by. Sometimes he is very aggressive.At time he is a good friend.he listens to everything i say as he understands.his hobby is going to the fields with my dad and going after the birds.he is more emotional than people.he is grateful and I love him so much.he is in this picture and in the picture i drew.🐕💛 ✍️Wathsala Nirmali Karunarathna
